For rising 10 - 12 graders. Students should bring their laptops if they are able. Please keep an eye out for an email with additional information prior to the course.
Join Travis Minor, founder of Open Door Education, for a focused and practical SAT Crash Course designed to help students feel confident and prepared on test day. In this two-hour workshop, students will learn the SAT strategies that matter most, with guided practice on common question types in both the Reading/Writing and Math sections.
Students will build strong testing habits, learn how to approach questions efficiently, and gain tools they can use immediately on their next exam. This session is an excellent fit for students planning to take the August SAT, or for anyone looking for a clear, confidence-boosting introduction to the test.
Instructor Bio
Travis Minor is the founder and CEO of Open Door Education, a trusted tutoring and test preparation organization serving communities in Massachusetts since 2011. He holds a B.S. in Secondary Education from the University of Vermont and an M.Ed. from Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. A founding board member of the National Test Prep Association, Travis is a nationally recognized leader in admissions testing and has helped thousands of students navigate the SAT and ACT with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
