Please sign up for ONE time slot.  This program is for children ages 4 to 10 accompanied by an adult caregiver.

The library is getting a garden and YOU get to help us! Our local friend Christine Berthold from Fresh Start Food Gardens will be installing 10 large portable grow bags on the south side of the library. Kids are invited to come mix the soil, fill the bags, and plant some seeds while learning all about fun organic gardening practices. Once installed, Christine will be back for more garden maintenance programs May through August. In the meantime, kids can come to the children's desk to get a task to help us take care of what we hope will become a library community garden.
